The pyramid of Userkaf is halfway between the 3rd
dynasty pyramid of Djoser and the 6th dynasty pyramid of Teti. It appears
today as a pile of rubble. The Mortuary temple is in a pit several meters
below the desert level. One can reach the site by the nearby road going to
the pyramid of Teti. The entrance is on the north side but is currently not
accessible.
